Establishing a clear brand voice and aesthetic that accurately reflected the restaurant’s unique culture and offerings was the goal. We developed a content strategy that showcased the restaurant’s unique offerings, events, and overall atmosphere through a mix of photos, videos, and written content. By actively responding to customer questions, and comments, and addressing any concerns, we fostered a sense of community among followers.
Berimbau understood the power of influencer marketing to attract new guests and expand their reach. By partnering with the right influencers in the food and dining community, we were able to reach new audiences who may not have otherwise been aware of Berimbau, ultimately leading to an increase in bookings and visibility for the restaurant. With influencers, we were about to reach a new local audience of over 500K.
By creating engaging and informative content, implementing targeted email campaigns, and effectively measuring the performance of their newsletter campaigns, we helped Berimbau improve open and click-through rates, increase customer engagement and drive more business through their newsletters.
One of the major accomplishments was getting Berimbau featured in The New York Times and Eater, two of the most reputable publications in the food industry. In addition to getting featured in major publications, we also worked to get Berimbau named the best Brazilian restaurant in NYC by The Infatuation.
As a premier destination for Brazilian cuisine, we developed a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials, including the restaurant’s logo, menu, and packaging. This included using colors and imagery that accurately reflected the restaurant’s unique culture and offerings.
Designing a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate layout, developing engaging and informative content, and implementing key features such as online ordering and reservations were crucial to increasing Berimbau’s online visibility, and engagement and ultimately driving more business to the restaurant.
